Training Operations Lead – Academy Growth & Compliance

First Response Group is recruiting a commercially focused Training Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the FRG Training Academy. The role ensures programmes are planned, compliant and delivered to internal and external learners, with the academy positioned as a revenue-generating function.

You will manage course scheduling, materials, assessments and liaise with trainers and awarding bodies while driving growth and profitability across the academy.
