Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will join an expanding, independent surveying practice in Dartford to assess residential and commercial properties. You will deliver Level 1, Homebuyers, Building surveys and related services to clients, while supporting enfranchisement projects and report writing. You’ll operate within a client-focused team that handles multiple surveys weekly, contributing to growth and service quality. This position offers progression, a mix of field and office work, and a clear impact on property decisions.

• Conducting 9 surveys per week
• Report writing

Key requirements

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
• RICS Registered Valuer
• Experience in Surveying
• Full UK Licence and Car
