Decagon is hiring a Solutions Architect – Voice to guide Enterprise deployments of Decagon’s AI voice agents. You will work across pre-sales, telephony architecture, and CX strategy to ensure seamless integration with client contact centers.
You will define best practices for voice deployment, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and build credibility with CIOs, network teams, and CX leaders as Decagon scales its voice offerings.
