Job Description:
Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Locum Consultant in Emergency Medicine for a 12-month fixed-term post based in Merseyside. The role involves 10 PA (1 SPA, 9 clinical) across a busy ED with leadership of junior staff and independent management of ED patients.
The position requires GMC registration, MBBS and FRCEM with additional life-support qualifications. Monday evenings 4pm–midnight and 1 in 6 weekends are required; there is no on-call commitment.
