St John Plessington Catholic College is seeking a Pastoral Support Lead – Behaviour & Attainment to join our pastoral team. You will shape behaviour culture, support vulnerable students, and sustain calm, purposeful classrooms with a strong focus on restorative practice.
The role offers a small teaching allocation and a chance to lead behaviour systems, pastoral intervention, and staff development in collaboration with Heads of Learning, SEND and safeguarding teams.
