Staff Product Designer – B2C EdTech

I’m leading a search for a Staff Product Designer at a fast-growing, AI-native EdTech startup building more personalised and engaging learning experiences.

The product is already profitable, with multi-million-pound ARR and a small, lean team. As the company enters its next stage of growth, it’s looking for its second designer to help shape a product used by teachers and learners every day.

You’ll work directly with the founders, own the product experience end-to-end and play a defining role in shaping both the product and the design function.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has shipped B2C products across web and mobile.
• Thinks in products, not screens.
• Is comfortable in an early-stage startup.
• Is AI-native and prototypes in code as comfortably as Figma.
• Loves shipping quickly, learning from users and sweating the details.
• Wants to build something that could genuinely improve how millions of people learn.
