Deputy Manager, Children’s Home — Lead Care Team

Purosearch Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a Children’s Residential Home in Grimsby. You will support the Registered Manager and lead the care team to provide a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people.

The role requires Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent, experience in residential settings, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to supervise staff and manage incidents.
