Senior HR Advisor – On-Site Manufacturing (Fast-Paced)

Executive Network Group is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a fast-paced manufacturing site near Shareshill, Wolverhampton. This full-time, on-site role supports ~500 staff across the employee lifecycle and reports to the HR Manager.

You will drive generalist HR activities with a strong emphasis on employee relations, supervise two direct reports, and act as an escalation point for complex ER issues. CIPD qualification is advantageous for this permanent appointment.
