Engagement & Assessment Specialist – End Homelessness

CRISIS UK in Newcastle is seeking an Engagement and Assessment worker to welcome members and assess their needs to build tailored support plans. The role is a 10-month fixed-term contract starting December 2026, based onsite at Crisis Skylight Newcastle and working 35 hours per week.

You will assess housing, health, finances and social needs, coordinating with partners to ensure timely access to services and practical support.
