Senior Employee Benefits Consultant – Hybrid/Remote

Marsh Health and Benefits is seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join the Commercial Consulting Team on a hybrid basis, requiring at least three days per week in the office. The role can be based in multiple UK locations, including Southampton.

You will develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, deliver advisory services, grow revenue, and manage client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and plans.
