Goodlord is hiring for a contact centre role that is fully remote, with quarterly travel to our London or Sheffield offices. Your first day will be in London (Aldgate East, E1), and travel costs are covered. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with occasional Saturday work.
Salary £26,600 (Year 1 OTE £27,400). Your experience in a fast-paced contact centre and comfort with inbound/outbound calls will help you support tenants, verify referrals, and keep customer records
