Senior Immigration Associate

A renowned multi-service practice with a fantastic reputation for entrepreneurial flair now seeks a Senior Immigration Associate to join its highly regarded Employment Department. The role focuses on providing immigration advice to both corporate organisations and high‑net‑worth private individuals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Act as the main point of contact for a range of clients regarding immigration queries
• Provide advice to corporations on Skilled Worker/Global Mobility visa categories and act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System
• Visit client sites to provide training and undertake audits on immigration compliance and employment law implications
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for the wider firm on all immigration topics
• Advise HNW private clients regarding current immigration legislation
• Coordinate with wider firm practice areas to offer a multi‑faceted approach
• Actively participate in business development, driving new firm initiatives
• Support the Immigration Partner in promoting the department and service line

You will be:

• Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in UK corporate immigration law
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify potential commercial opportunities and cross‑sell firm services
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships, providing a main point of contact service to a range of high‑profile clients
• Experienced in business development with a track record of generating revenues consistently
