Renault Romford is seeking an experienced Assistant New Car Sales Manager to join our leadership team on the Southend Arterial Road. You will support the New Car Sales operation, coaching Sales Executives and ensuring outstanding customer experience and compliant finance processes.

Working with the General Sales Manager, you’ll drive targets, manage performance, and develop the team. The role offers a 5-day week with a £35,000 base salary plus uncapped £70,000 OTE and access to Renault Retail
