Senior Practice Lead, Children’s Residential Care

Wakefield Council is seeking an exceptional Specialist Practice Lead to shape and develop outstanding practice across our children’s residential homes. The role combines strategic and operational leadership to drive excellence in practice, workforce development and quality assurance.
