East Sussex County Council is seeking an experienced SEN Mediation and Facilitation Officer to join the SEND Assessment and Planning service in Lewes. You will resolve disputes about SEN provision and Education, Health and Care Plans, leading mediation for tribunals.
You will work with families, schools and professionals, maintain calm under pressure, manage a varied workload, and help the Council meet statutory responsibilities.
