Founding Senior Engineer: Build Proactive AI Agent

Dex is partnering with a private alpha project to build a proactive AI assistant that maintains a living model of a user’s work history. As Founding Senior Engineer, you’ll own the desktop application, backend, and algorithms, collaborating directly with AI researchers in a small, high-calibre team.

This role is hands-on: ship robust features from research to production, define scope, and drive architectural decisions across the entire stack.
