Parish Clerk & Financial Officer — Community Leader

Bourton-on-the-Water Parish Council invites applications for an Executive Officer (Clerk & Responsible Financial Officer) to lead the organisation from its Gloucestershire base. The role requires guiding governance, assets and services, while working with elected members, staff, residents and partners to plan for the community’s future.

The successful candidate will act as the council’s principal adviser, support decision making, oversee projects and lead a small team.
