On-Chain Strategy & Operations Lead (Vaults)

Ctrl Alt, a scaling fintech in London, is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to develop on-chain infrastructure and bring Vaults to market. You’ll own the operating model end-to-end, including structure, regulation, onboarding curators and managers, and the full lifecycle from subscription to redemption.

You’ll work with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Commercial teams and external partners; based in our London office reporting to the Chief Product Officer.
