Senior Operations Lead – Water & Wastewater Projects

Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking a Deputy Operations Manager at our Long Eaton site to lead and support the delivery of engineering projects and wastewater services across the UK. You will act as second-in-command to the Area Manager, guiding teams, planning activities and ensuring safe, efficient execution.

Ideal candidates will have an engineering qualification, proven project delivery experience in water/environmental sectors and strong leadership, with NEC3 contract knowledge.
