Registered Manager – Lead Two Specialist Care Homes

We Change Lives in the Northwest England seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead two specialist services, Chapel House and Crook, in Winsford. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and maintain CQC compliance with support from a Deputy Manager.

This role offers a £54,000 per annum salary for 39 hours per week, with a focus on developing teams, managing budgets and delivering positive outcomes for residents.
