Governance Manager: Board & Policy Lead (Hybrid)

The Calico Group is seeking a Governance Manager in Burnley on a permanent basis. You will manage Board and Committee meetings, circulate agendas, and provide governance guidance across the organisation. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and a proven Company Secretarial or governance background.

Hybrid working is offered (2 days in the office). Salary is £42,962 per year plus benefits. You will support the Executive Director and Leadership Team while ensuring regulatory governance
