Deputy Nursery Manager – Lead, Safeguard & Develop

Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education. You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, overseeing day to day running of the nursery and safeguarding policies, while supporting partnerships with parents and professionals.

You will contribute to staffing development, manage budgets, and drive occupancy growth in a two-floor nursery with a strong community presence in Wembley.
