We’re looking for an experienced IT Procurement Contractor to support a busy procurement function, delivering end-to-end sourcing and commercial procurement activity across technology categories including software, SaaS, cloud, telecoms and IT services. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys negotiating complex technology agreements while delivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across software, SaaS, cloud, telecoms and technology services.
• Manage RFx processes, supplier evaluations and commercial assessments.
• Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing models, service levels and commercial terms.
• Deliver tangible cost savings and commercial improvements through effective supplier negotiations.
• Support software renewals, licensing reviews and true-up activities.
• Prepare sourcing documentation, business cases and governance approvals.

About You

We’re keen to speak with procurement professionals who can demonstrate:

• 10+ years’ experience in IT Procurement, IT Sourcing or Technology Procurement.
• Strong experience leading sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
• Proven success negotiating technology contracts and commercial agreements.
• Excellent understanding of software, SaaS, cloud and IT services procurement.
• Knowledge of enterprise software licensing models and subscription agreements.
• Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua or ServiceNow
• Experience within Insurance or Financial Services Sector
