Senior US IPOs Analyst — Data-Driven Research & Coverage

Smartkarma is seeking a senior analyst or analyst team to build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with an expected deal size of USD100mn or higher, excluding closed-end funds and SPACs.

The role involves data-driven scoring, pre-IPO tearsheets, and post-IPO insights, plus a high-touch service for select institutional clients within six months, including pre-deal questions and bespoke notes. London-based, confidentiality ensured.
