As Transport Controller you will coordinate patient journeys to meet contractual requirements, maximize DHL vehicle utilization, and maintain clear communication with transport teams, hospital wards, and drivers. You will track journeys and resources to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations. Responsibilities

• Ensure patient journeys comply with contractual requirements
• Maximise vehicle utilisation and minimise downtime through tracking and communication
• Communicate with DHL transport, hospital wards/units and drivers
• Monitor vehicle progress to ensure journeys are completed and resources are utilized
