Project Manager (Healthcare Construction Consultancy)

Overview

Experienced Project Manager sought to lead complex, multi-disciplinary healthcare construction schemes from design to handover. Responsibilities

• Deliver complex, multidisciplinary healthcare projects from design through handover, meeting client, schedule, and budget targets
• Coordinate design teams, procurement, cost engineering, planning, construction, and safety teams for seamless delivery
• Administer NEC4 contracts, manage risks and stakeholder obligations across the lifecycle
• Oversee scope changes with formal change control to minimise impact on programme, cost, and quality
• Foster and maintain client relationships and support business development to grow the portfolio

Key requirements

• Experience in consultancy or client organisations delivering construction projects
• Pre and post contract design/project management across the RIBA lifecycle
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• NEC4 Contract Administration (accreditation valued)
• Accurate project records management (paper and electronic)
