Embedded Senior Project Manager – FTC

Overview

In this role, you will lead the centralised intake for the client’s EU cross-channel marketing, owning demand routing and capacity planning. You’ll coordinate with creative, campaign management, media, and partners to keep work flowing and decisions clear. You work at the front of the process, shaping how requests are triaged, prioritized, and assigned, with a strong view of the overall demand picture. This is a senior, embedded position focused on process, governance, and cross-functional alignment to enable timely campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day centralised intake: triage requests, assess brief completeness, and route within service levels
• Maintain live capacity view across internal teams and external partners
• Apply routing criteria and campaign tiering with relevant leads for judgement
• Manage prioritisation trade-offs when demand exceeds capacity; propose alternatives or later slots
• Track requests to owner/status with declines and redirects logged with reasons
• Collaborate with intake tooling owners to refine automated intake and trackers
• Support quarterly and annual demand planning; align planned campaigns as committed demand
• Communicate service levels, lead times, and brief quality to requesting teams
• Provide leadership with current view of incoming demand, decisions, and capacity pressure

Key requirements

• 7+ years in project or programme management in creative, marketing, or production environments
• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes end to end
• Comfort with ambiguous, newly established processes and ability to build structure
• Strong stakeholder management at senior level; able to set priorities and say no when needed
• Solid understanding of creative and production processes and brief requirements
• Fluent with project and resource management tools; interest in automation/AI in process design
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple threads without losing overview
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
