Senior Transport Leader: Run 60+ Vehicle Fleet & Team

TLP in Ipswich is seeking a hands-on Transport Manager to lead our nationwide operation of 60+ vehicles, oversee an office team of 5, and own the transport function.

You will run daily operations to hit service, cost and compliance targets, coach the team, maintain fleet standards and ensure O-Licence compliance via approved providers. You’ll be a key voice in the site leadership team.

A CPC is beneficial and you should be prepared to work towards it within 12 months.
