Solicitor / Associate – Professional Indemnity

Overview

In this role you will handle high-value professional indemnity disputes within a supportive, growth-minded team. You will advise professionals and insurers, manage complex PI claims from start to finish, and contribute to business development. Responsibilities

• Advise professionals and insurers on strategy, coverage and cost issues
• Manage complex PI claims from start to finish
• Prepare reports on technically challenging matters
• Represent clients in court, mediation, adjudication and other forums
• Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to team growth
• Build client relationships and support business development

Key requirements

• 2+ years PQE, ideally in Professional Indemnity or Commercial Litigation
• Strong legal acumen with ability to balance technical detail and strategy
• Confidence in managing a busy caseload and advising insurer clients
• Exceptional drafting, communication and negotiation skills
• Collaborative mindset and mentoring ability
