Talent and People Lead – Remote UK with Equity Options

Driftrock is seeking a Talent and People Manager to run our people function day to day and own recruitment end to end, from sourcing and interviewing through onboarding, while ensuring a brilliant employee experience across the UK remote setup.

You’ll lead payroll, onboarding, contracts and policy management, partnering with leaders to scale our people capabilities as the business grows, while maintaining compliance and a strong culture at Driftrock.
