Job Description:
Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse for the Gedling & Hucknall Dementia Outreach Service. This full-time role (37.5 hours) involves specialist assessment, therapy and support for older adults with dementia or mental health needs, operating within the CMHT.
You will be an experienced RMN with current NMC registration, able to lead a MDT, manage risk, and provide supervision to junior staff.
