You will carry out remedial electrical works, along with testing and inspection to ensure properties meet current safety standards, including voids, disrepairs and insurance-related works.
The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 3, 2391 Testing & Inspection, 18th Edition, a full UK driving licence, and has experience in social housing.
