Overview
In this role you partner with founders to steer financial planning for high-growth startups. You will cover financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and fundraising support, while leveraging AI and automation to boost efficiency. You’ll work closely with a tech-enabled team to elevate client delivery and shape modern accounting practices. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you help scale businesses and transform finance functions. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of fast-growth startup clients
- Build trusted relationships with founders and senior stakeholders
- Prepare and review financial reporting, management accounts and compliance
- Advise on budgeting, forecasting and fundraising preparation
- Provide guidance across accounting and tax matters
- Collaborate with internal tech teams to implement AI/automation to improve processes
- Drive continuous improvements in client delivery and internal efficiencies
Key requirements
- ACA qualified
- Around 2–3 years’ post-qualified experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
