Senior Clinical Support Worker – Community Care (Flexible Hours)

NCIC is recruiting a Clinical Support Worker Higher Level – Community at Cockermouth Community Hospital. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients with complex needs in the community, helping prevent hospital admissions and supporting early discharge.

Daily shifts are 12 hours (07:00-19:30 and 19:00-07:30). This is a permanent, full-time or part-time post within NHS AfC Band 3 staffing, with a focus on flexible, person-centred care.
