Remote/Hybrid Locum Employment Lawyer – Flexible Hours

Venn Group is working with a local authority in Greater Manchester to recruit a Locum Employment Lawyer.

The post is stand-alone; the successful candidate must be a qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEx with a current practising certificate and able to handle employment matters with minimal supervision.

Hearings are largely remote; start ASAP, duration until 31/12/2026 with likely extension. Working 30–35 hours weekly, ideally hybrid but fully remote considered. Rate: £60 per hour umbrella.
