United Welsh, a housing association, seeks a Head of Governance (Company Secretary) to provide strategic leadership of governance, assurance and company secretarial services across the Group.

You will act as the Group Company Secretary, advising the Board and Executive Team to ensure robust governance, regulatory compliance and effective decision-making, while leading governance improvements and reporting across subsidiaries.
