WSP is seeking graduates to join our Civil teams in 2027 across the UK. You will work on diverse projects from Bridges to Asset Management, gaining hands-on design, analysis, and site exposure while collaborating with experienced engineers.
Successful candidates will have a 2:2 in a relevant field, with master’s preferred for Bridges, and an interest in Civil and Structural Engineering. The two-year Graduate Development Programme supports growth and Chartership.
