Job Description:
HCRG Care Group in Keynsham Health Centre is seeking a Community Nurse Band 5 to deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in patients’ homes, under AfC terms with NHS Pension. The role is based at Keynsham Health Centre, 37.5 hours per week.
You will work with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to assess needs, plan and deliver care, and support continuous improvement. This fixed-term contract lasts 1 year, with driving and IT skills essential.
