Head of Marketing

We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional to join an ambitious business as Head of Marketing, taking ownership of its internal marketing activity and communications.

You’ll coordinate campaigns and events, strengthen brand awareness and support business growth. This would suit someone who is creative, commercially minded and highly organised, with the confidence to bring teams together and keep marketing activity moving.

The role:

• Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across the business.
• Develop targeted communications for new and existing clients.
• Improve customer touchpoints to build awareness, generate interest and enhance the client experience.
• Work with teams across the business to coordinate marketing activity and events.
• Ensure campaigns and projects are delivered effectively and on time.

What we’re looking for:

• Over three years’ experience in marketing, ideally within a management position.
• At least two years’ experience managing marketing activity and delivering measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and how it supports business growth.
• The ability to develop creative, commercially focused marketing initiatives.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality marketing materials.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Confident communication skills and experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge.
