Senior Community Mental Health Support Worker (Band 4)

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in London is recruiting a Band 4 Senior Support Healthcare Worker for the Adult Community Mental Health Directorate. The role supports adults with enduring mental health needs in recovery-focused community settings across Greenwich and Bromley.
