Part-Time Practice Nurse – Chronic Care & Community Impact

gtd healthcare is recruiting a Part-Time Practice Nurse for Hattersley Group Practice in Manchester. The nurse will assess, diagnose and manage patients with chronic diseases, provide urgent/primary care, and work flexibly within the clinical team including GPs, HCA and Pharmacist.

The role requires autonomous practice, strong communication, and adherence to quality governance. We support staff development and a positive patient-focused service.
