Community Mental Health OT – Band 6 Specialist

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Mental Health and Wellness Team in Redbridge, based at Mellmead House. You will deliver person-centred OT interventions, support independence and social inclusion, and work within a multidisciplinary pathway to inform care planning and risk formulations.

You will lead comprehensive assessments, co-facilitate group therapy, supervise junior staff and students, and contribute to service development and quality improvement
