Senior AI Enablement Lead – Lawyers

Overview

In this role you drive AI adoption across a leading international law firm, embedding new tools into daily legal workflows. You will shape enablement programs and change strategies that enable lawyers and professionals to work more efficiently with AI and legal tech. Working with senior technology and innovation stakeholders, you’ll run regional initiatives and build strong cross‑functional relationships. Your work focuses on practical training, adoption campaigns, and measuring impact to improve service delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement programmes and training for legal professionals
• Design practical training for AI-enabled research, drafting, review and workflows
• Create learning materials, workshops, and adoption campaigns for international teams
• Promote responsible use of AI and emerging technologies
• Lead change management initiatives to embed new technologies in daily practices
• Develop change strategies, communications, and engagement plans
• Produce user guides, FAQs, newsletters and video tutorials
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove adoption barriers and drive continuous learning
• Monitor AI/legal tech developments and identify opportunities for innovation
• Analyse adoption metrics to inform future initiatives
• Provide updates on progress, risks and opportunities to senior leadership
• Deliver tailored training through individual and group sessions
• Travel to European offices as required

Key requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in legal technology, innovation, or change management
• Proven track record leading technology adoption initiatives with tangible results
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and how tech improves legal services
• Familiarity with AI tools and legal tech platforms, especially generative AI
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience designing and delivering training and change communications
• Ability to use adoption metrics to measure impact and guide decisions
• Strong communication, facilitation and programme management skills
• Proactive and adaptable, able to work independently and跨-teams across multiple groups
