Job Description:
Proactive Global in Aylesbury is seeking a Production Supervisor/Lead Operator for the 2.30pm-11.00pm shift to lead a designated production line, ensure safe, compliant operations, and achieve daily output, quality and waste targets.
You will work hands-on with the team, ensure SOPs and GMP standards, record in-process quality checks, complete batch records, and mentor operatives while supporting training and continuous improvement.
