Project Manager – GTM

Overview

In this role you will drive technology change across Darktrace’s Revenue Platforms, with a focus on Salesforce, MuleSoft and related integrations. You’ll bridge business and technical teams, manage dependencies and risks, and keep delivery priorities visible and on track. You’ll operate across detailed delivery work and strategic stakeholder engagement in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment. This is a chance to shape platform transformation and data-driven delivery at scale within a global security company.

Responsibilities

• Turn the product roadmap into concrete delivery plans with milestones and measurable outcomes
• Manage day-to-day delivery across Salesforce, MuleSoft and related integrations under guidance of a Senior Project Manager
• Coordinate delivery across platform transformation, data remediation, pricing and packaging, Revenue Cloud and other key initiatives
• Own project plans, RAID logs, dependency tracking, status reporting and decision records to maintain transparency
• Coordinate sprint planning, UAT readiness, integration activity, data remediation and release planning across multiple streams
• Backlog triage and prioritisation balancing business value, capacity, dependencies and risk
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product Owners, engineering, and Transformation Office to translate demand into delivery outcomes
• Translate technical and data constraints into business implications for senior stakeholders
• Identify and escalate risks early, ensuring timely information for decisions
• Manage delivery with internal teams and external partners, holding them to scope, quality and timelines
• Provide clear roadmap sequencing, capacity and delivery confidence to stakeholders
• Facilitate planning workshops, prioritisation sessions and senior stakeholder briefings
• Adapt communication and reporting for varied audiences

Key requirements

• Experience delivering technology change across Salesforce and Revenue Platforms in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment
• Hands-on delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud projects
• Experience with platform integrations using middleware like MuleSoft
• Experience managing both ongoing platform improvements and large transformation programmes
• Strong planning, dependency management, backlog coordination, UAT and release planning
• Proven ability to own day-to-day delivery tracking, RAID management and escalation with a Senior Project Manager
• Experience managing external implementation or managed service partners and evaluating vendor performance and commitments
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with senior business and technology leaders
• Experience working across global, cross-functional teams and multiple delivery streams
