Project Manager – Facades

Overview

In this role you lead façade projects from design to site installation, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality. You’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage client expectations to support project success. You will perform site inspections, uphold safety and regulatory standards, and mentor site teams to build competency. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive quality and safety in façade installations. You will work within a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment that values practical leadership and technical façade expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of façade projects of varying size and value
• Coordinate design of cladding systems for compliance, constructability, and performance
• Maintain clear communication within the management and site teams
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure positive relationships and open communication
• Mentor site teams to share knowledge and build competency
• Prepare site documentation and quality plans
• Utilize Viewpoint four to store and share project information and drawings
• Prepare and report programme positions using Microsoft Project
• Maintain thorough site records and project files
• Identify and resolve unforeseen site conditions affecting design or cost
• Order and monitor materials to meet budgets
• Ensure on-site works align with design drawings and installation guidance
• Implement quality assurance processes for façade components
• Maintain high site health and safety standards, conduct weekly safety audits and toolbox talks
• Prepare site handover and safety files on project completion

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction site management or supervision, preferably in facade projects
• NVQ 3 in Construction or equivalent
• Full Drivers Licence
