Overview
In this role you will own hardware development from concept to validation for advanced power electronic systems. You’ll collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to craft practical, high-performance solutions. You drive design, testing, and verification while shaping best practices and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, technically-ambitious position with significant impact on product success and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop analogue and power electronic circuits
- Lead hardware development projects from concept through delivery
- Perform simulation, testing and validation of electronic systems
- Support PCB design, bring-up and debugging activities
- Analyse measurement data and investigate technical issues
- Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
- Support prototype development and product verification
- Contribute to continuous improvement and engineering best practices
Key requirements
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience designing and developing electronic hardware
- Strong understanding of analogue electronics and power electronics
- Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and measurement equipment
- Experience taking products through the full development lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead technical activities
