Senior Quantity Surveyor – Remote (Industrial Projects)

Buildforce Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our remote-capable commercial team on an industrial project value circa £15m. The role is an ongoing contract, outside IR35, with a day rate of £400-£450.

You will take ownership of commercial activities, manage project costs, and oversee procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts in a fully remote environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.
