Structural Engineer

Overview

In this role you will lead and deliver diverse structural design projects within a small, entrepreneurial practice. You’ll work closely with the Director, manage clients, and mentor junior staff while developing towards Chartership. The position offers autonomy, varied workloads, and direct involvement in all project stages. You’ll contribute to shaping a growing firm with a collaborative, architect-led environment and a hands-on engineering culture.

Responsibilities

Key requirements

• several years of buildings design experience
• excellent communication skills
• desire for Chartership or progression toward it
• ability to take autonomy for work and drive projects
• Revit knowledge is advantageous
