Deputy Specialist Service Manager – Care Leader Path

Eden Futures is hiring a Deputy Specialist Service Manager to support leadership of our services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and related needs. You will help recruit, supervise, train and develop staff while ensuring safeguarding, quality, and compliance across 7 days a week.

The role offers a basic salary of £27,250 based on a 37.5 hour week, plus 25 days annual leave and additional benefits.
